To illustrate this, here’s a couple of scenarios.
Conract 1 – we supply drivers and vehicles to companies on a contract basis, whereby our drivers are effectively outsourced to them as subcontractors. This allows the company to outsource all their staff movements to our company, thus reducing capital expenditure, vehicle costs, and down-time costs. Added to this, by supplying motivated, professional drivers in high specification, impeccable vehicles there is also increased reliability and productivity.
Contract 2 – is to transport a HR Director around all their company offices, throughout the country. Given that meetings run on, plans change, and train travel is so unreliable, we provide a chauffeur for door-to-door transport. Consequently, her travel time is more productive, completely stress-free, and far more comfortable, all creating added value to her and the company.
Contract 3 – is a client that has a high number of international travellers, some who are under 16 and maybe do not speak a lot of English. They faced problems in reliability whilst using ‘executive travel’ or ‘airport transfer’ companies, as these suppliers could generally not afford the passenger the time or the attention to do the job correctly. We reviewed the situation, and created a Service Level Agreement that ensured (amongst other things) our driver would always be in the terminal for when the flight landed, we would escort the passengers into check-in and take care of any issues that may arise, and even provided ‘welcome packs’ in their native language. Added to this, we ensured complete attention to detail by providing a dedicated vehicle and driver, that would only ’stand down’ once the job was completed, however long that took. In some instances, e.g. passport control, baggage collection, missed flights etc., this focus ensured our driver would always be available to complete the job, as opposed to needing to be elsewhere.
